About BTR

Beneath the Redwoods is a full service mobile veterinary clinic in the Santa Cruz Mountains, providing personalized health care for your furry friends.  We value the bond you share with your pet, and want to foster that relationship by helping to keep them healthy.

The mobile unit is equipped for exams, anesthesia, dentistry and digital radiology, with a separate surgery suite.  BTR also has the ability for in-house blood testing, reference laboratory, online pharmacy, cremation services and more.  Cats and dogs are the mainstay at BTR, but rabbits and rodents are welcome too.  We do not see reptiles or birds.

Because the clinic is portable, there are options for how we can reach patients.  You can make an appointment to come see us.  We can come to your home, or a meeting spot nearby if your driveway is tricky.  Sometimes I can come to your house in my 4x4 truck.  You could join up with a neighbor or family member and make it an event.  Whether you or your pet have challenges getting to the vet, you've been juggling children in a waiting room, you are reducing exposure to public places, or you just want to feel pampered, a house call might be right for you.
